We understand that the claims process is when you need our help most. At all times we act as an advocate for our clients, as we work for you, and not for the insurer, in ensuring your claim is progressed forward, resolved and paid.

We lead the management of your insurance claim in various ways including

  • Monitoring each claim to minimise disruption and ensure efficient handling
  • Using our extensive experience in successful claim negotiations with Insurers
  • It is part of our service role to progress the claim with insurers
     

As our client, there is no additional fee to engage our assistance. We maintain close contact with both you and insurers from the time of the reported incident through to settlement.

Standard processes we adopt for claims management include:

  • Notification - We promptly notify the insurer following receipt of your claim notification
  • Investigation - We request the necessary information in order to progress the claim smoothly
  • Managing - We negotiate with insurer assessors, and insurer claim staff. In some instances, we obtain progress payments from insurers due to size of claim.
  • Settlement - We ensure prompt processing of due payments from insurers
     

In some instances to assist clients, we involve consultants including accountants or engineers in order to properly prepare formal report presentations to insurers.

Ultimately, we understand that our role as your insurance advocate is to create certainty in times of uncertainty.
